Staff are fantastic: front reception desk staff, guest service, Anna in the restaurant and Stephanie for housekeeping. However, to spend nearly one thousand and five hundred Canadian dollars for two nights, you have to go out to search for a bottle of water which is quite a bazaar since they charge you 6.95 per bottle of water in the fridge. Apparently the hotel treat their guests differently if you book via Expedia or via Agoda, or if you are a regular guest (no evidence but being told). There is clearly a culture of discrimination existing, I meant the way they group their guests. We booked through Expedia it guarantees you don’t have complimentary water in your room (we paid more for double bed high floor room), even after you have just arrived. This clearly needs to be looked into by the hotel management. If it is not because of the water I would give it at least a four star.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The bedding was super cozy. And Luther, our concierge and valet, was amazing! He really went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in preparation for our cruise. Good for families and solo travelers. There were some homeless people hanging outside of the hotel but not too bad. McDonald’s was right outside and Starbucks was in the lobby. Cruise port was walkable even with a family with small kids. Highly recommended.

A great room in a lovely hotel. The water in the outdoor swimming pool was warm and the hot tub was even warmer. Great changing rooms within the amenities. We had a delicious and inexpensive dinner in the onsite restaurant.
