We are very grateful to the staff at Hyatt Place. The room was great and the view from the upper floor was amazing. More importantly, while we were travelling recreationally, the staff were incredibly helpful with some technical help during an unexpected business emergency. We will stay there the next time we are in Burnaby.

We had a pleasant experience at this hotel, it was clean and well organized, felt really warm and welcoming. The location was what really made the experience good as it was close to everything we needed, and the train is a min walk which was is convenient if you’re trying to get around with a car. Great hotel.

I had a great stay at this Hyatt! The location is excellent—it’s right across from the train station and a shopping mall, which made it incredibly easy to get around Vancouver. Hyatt never disappoints. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

We booked a room for a weekend trip for its convenient location to the SkyTrain. We stayed in a two queen size beds on the third floor. The room was clean and staffs were friendly and accommodating. They also have a small gym with good equipment. This hotel does offer paid overnight parking which we opted for since street parking wasn't convenient for us. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay at Hyatt Place Metrotown.
