The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. From the ladies in the dining room, the housekeeping staff to the front desk. Room was very clean so we did not require daily cleaning.Bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is well organized with the quiet dining room(not in a high traffic zone) to the side exit to the mall. Complimentary coffee and water is an added bonus. Thank you

Room was great, staff was friendly, there is a free hot breakfast bar and the location is across the street from the Metro town Skytrain station. There is free parking for hotel guests, I left my car there the whole weekend and used the Skytrain for getting around town.

The room was spectacular. We absolutely love this property and can not wait to come back! Concierge was very polite and had plenty of recommendations on what to do for the New Year’s and what’s around town. The location is awesome. You have Starbucks and Tim Hortons right downstairs along with the mall and Walmart. A big plus for us is you do not hear Housekeeping and slamming doors during checkout hours!
