Was visiting for a Canucks game, a mere 4 minute walk from the arena. My friend and I arrived around 11:30 AM prior to an afternoon game, with hopes of simply checking our luggage and coming back later to check in to the hotel room. Receptionist was able to get us into a room that was already cleaned, so awesome. Very polite and professional staff. The top floor jacuzzi is a nice touch. Clean, nice hotel.

The actual toilets are literally too small for an average size human being. The bathrooms and showers are cramped but the upstairs fitness and activity centre with outdoor observation smoking area is a nice feature.
