It is a convenient location for business. Away from Traffic in the opposite direction. Only missing some open store at night in the area to get some water or other little snack after 10pm. in general, good place to stay.

Bad service the manager there name Frank is so rude chasing us like we steal something? We have 2 adults 2 children and an infant but he said we can’t have 5 in the room even infant. Try to force is to pay for extra room or we need to leave for refund. The hotel in a good location but they thing that is everything but they didn’t concern hotel room is old, hallway is to small and outside make me worry when we arrive it like a motel. I wish i take some pictures to show here we are very frustrated to looking for another hotel for short period same day

With 2 teenagers, it was very handy to have the space of the 2 bed and sofa bed suite. We didn’t use the pool, gym, o dining, but the room suited our needs well. We would stay there again.

This hotel seemed to have a very high rating so we were confident it would be great- It looks nice in the pictures, and the lobby is lovely. But our room on the 4th floor (a one bedroom queen) was dingy and had visible structural issues including drywall cracks and bubbling that appeared to be significant water damage. We then found that the AC unit is only a couple of feet from the head of the bed and so loud you cannot keep it on at night, but you can't leave the patio door open due to being situated on a very busy main traffic route. We initially had booked the room for the amenities, but opted not to use the jacuzzi tub or even the shower in case that was what had caused the original damage. Lastly, there was a tangled hairball on top of our freshly made bed when we first arrived, which is somehow the LEAST gross thing we encountered. The service provided at reception and at the restaurant were top notch, however we unfortunately won't be back based on the obvious lack of upkeep.

This is the worst hotel service I've ever experienced, bar none. When we checked in at 11 PM on August 27th, the male server had a stern face and responded to every inquiry or request with a cold, "No." However, when we checked out, the female server on duty gave us a different response. We could get the items we needed at the front desk, but I don't understand why the night staff treated us so badly. Could it be that our late check-in time affected his rest? If there's a way to file a complaint, please let me know. I need to file a complaint.

The Executive is my preferred business stay in metro Vancouver. It is centrally located and the rooms are large with a real refrigerator and a large working area with a desk and television. The bedroom locks off from the kitchen/work area which doubles as a living room. It has some signs of age, but one of the best reasonably priced options I have come across in greater Vancouver
