Hot tub not operational, TV in room broken and maintenance couldn’t get it working, very small room. Restaurant food was middle of road but restaurant so cold it was hard to sit there. Just not a good experience. Just a very tired hotel.

We have been staying at this hotel one or twice annually, for about 12 years. The rooms are really starting to show their age The exterior and interior windows need a good cleaning as do the room mirrors. we find it frustrating that, as long-time, regular customers, we do not receive free or reduced rate parking. We continue using this location as it fits well with the locations of family and friends.

Property staff was helpful and ammenities and facility were clean and quiet. In hotel restaraunt was delicious and nearby restaraunts were also amazing for different options. Close proximity to a mall, grocery store and the skytain made the entire area feel very accessible and made getting around the vancouver metro area a breeze. My only issues came with my reservations and mistake charges do to an error but these too were resolved after a few phone calls and hotel was apologetic and took care of the issue in a way that I was satisfied with. Would highly recommend and would definetly stay here again.
