Everything was ok. Nothing was overly clean, including the towels I had to finish drying, and the dryer was not working well at all. The location for me was ideal because I was attending a concert at Roger’s Arena. Communication

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this stay. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned and had an unpleasant odor. We found trash under the bed, personal items left behind, a bathroom door that was not working properly, and the mattress was very uncomfortable and sagging.The biggest concern was that multiple people in our group developed very itchy bug bites during and after the stay. We continued experiencing the skin reactions even after checking out and washing our clothes.There were also some unusual communication issues during our stay that made us uncomfortable.After checkout, we were asked to leave an additional tip for the cleaner, which was surprising given the condition of the apartment.Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
