We stayed here for 2 nights before a trip to the Rockies, the room was comfortable but it had a big window through to the bathroom, so a nighttime trip to the bathroom disturbed the other person in the room unless you never put the lights on. Staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was free with enough choices.

Property a bit worn but excellent location especially if taking a cruise. You can walk to the cruise port which is about 3 mins away. If you get a taxi you basically would be driven around the block

I booked through Expedia using my name but used my husband's card that we take for travel. They had his name too but said the card needed to be in my name. I had to call Expedia to change the name. It was a bit frustrating. The one girl at the desk was extremely nice and helpful and even gave me Expedia's number.

We chose this hotel for the location and this is the only redeeming feature. Our feedback is consistent with other reviews including horrible smells (hard to identify but smelled like a cleaning or chemical solvent) in the lobby and common areas. It hits you as soon as you walk into the property. Staff were not friendly at all. They weren’t rude but very unfriendly/unhelpful. It took us a while to figure out the shower because the lever to turn on shower was under the tub spout. Have never seen a faucet like this before. The blow dryer was in the sink when we arrived - just very sloppy and there were no hand towels in the sink area. (Towels were all in separate tub/toilet room) Overall this hotel is charging way too much for the condition it is in. Would never return or recommend.

Great location especially for leaving or arriving from the cruise terminal. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The only thing I would change is the elevator is small and can experience periods of high use. This would NOT stop me from staying again though.

The. Check in staff were excellent and accommodating. Knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Hotel is located downtown Vancouver and is very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Also a convenient place to stay if your headed out for a cruise as it’s walkable to Canada Place

This is probably the 4th time we’ve stayed at this property…. although the rooms are small, since this is just ‘the night before the cruise’ stopover, ‘for us’ it doesn’t really need to be fancy… clean is the optimal goal and clean and helpful are the two things that keep us coming back. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. It’s one of the best deals in Vancouver for a pre or post cruise night… truly just 2 blocks from Canada Place! Could NOT be easier!
