Vrbo was clean, conveniently located and safe. Asher responded quickly to every question we had. Having a washer and dryer we could use was very helpful. Having a full kitchen was good even though we did not cook.Someone was parking in our spot when we arrived but it was quickly resolved and did not happen again. I would suggest new sheets as they were pilled and very thin. The spring mattress was uncomfortable but if not replaced at least a thick mattress pad would have helped. The head board should be attached to the bed as it fell forward a few times. We were unable to lock the bed frame so the bed moved from the wall when trying to sit up in bed. Bathroom towels were thin and rough and should be replaced.Futon in the living space lacked padding on the ends and was uncomfortable to sit on.Adding a full length wall mirror in each bedroom would be helpful as would a recliner chair.
