It was perfect. Staff was so helpful, as this was our first visit to Vancouver. The hotel and restaurant are both very nice. The room- bed, pillows, amenities in room were all very good.

Great view, with a clean spacious room. The only notes I have is that our bathroom did not have a fan. This made it very hot in the bathroom when taking a shower. The other note is that the we were having some issues with the tempreature of the room the ac w I liked that there was the offer for a voucher to the cafe for skipping housecleaning. That was a good incentive. The cafe had good food and lots of options.

The staff are great. We were on the 29th floor, and the water situation was terrible. Very litte hot water or water pressure. Both the sink and the tub in the bathroom leaked all day long. The heater in the room sounded like it was sucking water from where All day long too. Very noisy, next to a hospital, so sirens all the time. The pool was crap. They show a picture of a nice pool online, that's not the case. Its cold and in a basement with pipes running everywhere. The room was huge, we got a suite, and had great amenities. Overall it was not terrible, but being Vancouver it's super expensive for what you get.

High floor Oceanview room had the best sunset view

Got free Upgrade to floor 29 Oceanview room and sunset and sunrise were so outstandingly beautiful! I would pay just to go back and stay in that room. Parking included in and out privileges. C-prime food was good and I used the VIP $25 coupon there. Very convenient hotel.
