We were in room 419, where the balcony door was jammed and could not close properly. The area the hotel is in has a very high crime rate, which was very worrying. By the time we realized this, it was already very late, and we didn't have the energy to change rooms, so we ended up just moving the couch in front of the door to calm our nerves and hopefully prevent a possible break-in. The outlet on the desk for the coffee machine was also broken.

Lovely, and quite unique structure and in an easy to get to location. Nice room, very clean, good staff. One significant downside was that the fire alarm went off at 7a.m. Sunday. There, out on the street are the dozens of people who exited. Luckily, it was not raining, but it was only about 4deg C. I talked to a maintenance man, asking if this was rare, but he said that it did happen from time to time and it's related to the atrium roof. NOT GOOD if they know that much about it.

This is a great hotel to stay in close to Pacific Coliseum and the PNE grounds. I took my daughters and grandchildren to see Disney on Ice and we were able to walk to the show. The rooms were nice, clean and the e-upgrade to a suite with living room and kitchen was excellent!
