All the staff, especially the concierge John, were extremely friendly and helpful. John arranged activities, scooters and coordinated our difficult connecting transportation requirements. The spa was amazing and our room was by far the most beautiful, modern and well appointed of any we've experienced. A spectacular view, extremely comfortable bedding and uncommon conveniences like an in room Nesspresso, auto dimming cove, recessed and under cabinet lighting made it feel very homey. Unfortunately, the property itself is still recovering from a recent typhoon and our January visit probably didn't help appearances but we can't say enough about the staff and accommodations.

Nous avons eu un incroyable séjour à l’hôtel Angsana. Parfait pour relaxer, vous avez accès à une piscine sublime et une énorme plage pratiquement à nous seuls. Les employés sont très attentifs au besoin et le buffet est très bien. Le restaurant à la carte est très bien aussi.
