Booked this property for family coming in for a memorial. While the property was clean and adequate for the required stay, the it's is quite rundown and many items were broken, missing or in disrepair. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were tiny, but again, clean. However, as stated many items in and around the property were not great. For example, all the lights leading up the pathway are broken but one; it looks like someone ripped off the panel box and tried to cut wires on the side of the house; the medicine cabinet in the bathroom was missing the door; there are random repairs on the walls inside that haven't been covered or painted; the AC return is held closed with painters tape; and the screens on the back patio were punched out, etc.That said the property was clean and tidy, comfortable, and was adequate for the needs of our guests. It was close to our location, a jaunt down Hwy 60 from the interstate, and near any store, food, or accommodation you could ask for. The hosts were communicative and made check in and out an easy process.
