It is surrounded by a leyland cypress hedge with no vis-à-vis and is closed by an electric gate.<br>A large lime tree and a mulberry tree allow you to get some shade.<br>A wrought iron table with chairs will be under the lime tree in addition to the one placed on the terrace.<br><br>The villa has a surface area of 90 m2: it comprises: entrance, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom + a shower room. 2 w.c. garage. Maison très agréable ainsi que la piscine qui était juste parfaite. Un énorme plus pour le tilleul où l’on peut s’abriter du soleil pour faire une petite sieste .Le quartier est très calme.
