Mansion in Provence with Pool & Near Town

A peaceful, family-friendly stay. Located in Valréas, this comfortable two-bedroom mansion is ideal for a family. It features a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace leading directly out to the large, tree-lined garden. The bathroom is accessed via the master bedroom (master suite). An extra bed is available on the sofa bed in the living room. The swimming pool, open from 1 May to 1 November, is shared between the two holiday homes.

Ideally situated in a quiet spot on a quiet country lane, just 1 km from the town centre, restaurants and shops, the villa is a very convenient base for visiting the typical little villages of the Drôme Provençale and exploring the Baronnies Provençales mountains.

Leisure and outdoor facilities, a boules court and a pitch for ball games. A few bicycles are available for exploring the picturesque region. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.

Sinds kort nieuwe eigenaren. Je ziet aan de tuin dat er afgelopen jaren weinig tot niks aan onderhoud is gedaan. Appartement ziet er keurig uit. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en doen hun uiterste best. Zwembad is perfect, voor ons jammer dat de andere gasten kleine kinderen hadden, maar dat is persoonlijk. In de omgeving is niet zoveel te doen. We kregen nog een kleine verrassing toen we in Nederland waren. We werden gebeld dat er een schilderij miste. Wij hadden heel dat schilderij nooit gezien. Ze zouden wel contact opnemen met Belvilla..... Achteraf bleek het schilderij achter de radiator te zijn gevallen.
