Farmhouse in the woods, on a lake shore
The farmhouse is located on the edge of a 80 acre's forest on the shore of a 7,5 acre's lake where fishing carps, roaches and perchs can be one of your activities in a no kill mode. The place is only 1h30 drive from the Loire valley castles. Its is a recent rehabilitation with an in house heated swimming pool, a large sunny terrace with an splendid over view on the lake. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine and the house is wifi connected and equipped with a flat screen TV. The property is equipped with garden furnitures and barbecue . The living has a big fireplace and the wood is included in the rental fee as well as , water, electricity & telephone.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
