Former farmhouse renovated into two adjoining gîtes (total capacity 11 people), located in a peaceful rural setting, 5 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Lake Vioreau, 35 km from Ancenis, and 40 km from Nantes (accessible by tram/train from Nort-sur-Erdre station).

Private 90 m² terrace (south-west facing), unfenced, with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
Ground floor: separate fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room, one bedroom (two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together), shower room, separate WC, and laundry room.
