Yes,the room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. There was roaches everywhere, the refrigerator was filthy and and there was a 1)2 inch around the door. I didn't feel safe the staff was not helpful at all

The room was just filthy roaches on the wall, TV didn't work, scratches out in the floor, cracks around the door,the heater didn't work, the caulking around the tub was removed, the comforter and sheets had cigarette hole burns on it, there were no pillows, staff just terrible, not very pet friendly, but dog poop outside everywhere just terrible.
