This two-bedroom apartment in Malva-Rosa is located on the ground floor and is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy a beach getaway. It is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sand and surf.
This property is suitable for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility.
This property is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also an indoor terrace with a table and two chairs to lounge and relax. Please also note that the property has limited windows for ventilation; only the terrace door can be opened to allow fresh air in.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment also has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet laundry needs.
The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has a trundle bed. All have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
