• Semi-private bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60 m), located in the main space and delimited from the living room by a rotating TV furniture.

• Loft-style bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m), accessed by a mobile library-type ladder.

The rate is based on double occupancy (two guests). From the third person onwards, a supplement of €25 per night per additional guest is applied.



We charge a pet fee of €20 per day -minimum €100 per stay- to cover cleaning and additional care (maximum 2 pets per stay). We request a refundable deposit of €250, please remember that you are responsible for any damage your pet may cause during the stay. Additionally, in the event that your pet disturbs other guests, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.



Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the terraces. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a surcharge of €150.



We have a cot and a high chair, subject to availability, with an additional cost of €29 and €10 respectively.



We do not accept groups of people under 25 years old.



In the event of non-compliance with our terms and conditions, internal rules or any applicable local, international or other regulations, we reserve the right to cancel the stay before check-in or during the same.
