"This was a nice stay but I don’t think up to 5* standard. The service was bad at most restaurants and the food beyond the breakfast buffet was over-priced and average. This may well be advertising but the pools are freezing in April, so just a warning! The hotel is super modern and has comfortable facilities, but it lacked the luxury touch for us."

The €9 delivery charge for room service felt a bit excessive, and the €5 fee for extra plates seemed unnecessary. The Kids Club was a hit with the children—they had a great time and it gave us some time to relax. Unfortunately, the bad weather meant the kids spent more time indoors, and they logged into the movie entertainment system. Unbeknownst to me, they were able to easily access and run up a bill of several hundred euros. I tried reaching out via email to address the charges, but it turns out the movie service is managed by an external supplier. Despite my efforts, I’ve had limited success in getting a refund, which has been quite frustrating. We didn’t try the hotel’s other restaurant meals, so I can’t comment on those, Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, the lack of support from the third-party entertainment provider, the extra charges for room service, and the small service issues prevent me from giving a higher rate "

"The room we stayed was clean and it has big bathroom. Breakfast was included. The hotel serves lunch and dinner, but at lunch time staff was short and slow."

"I was booked in for the hotel which was close to the beach. But apparently they had two hotels which i booked was a bit far away from the beach so i had to pay extra for the one close to beach which was a superior room. The bed was two single beds attached for a superior room. But the staff told me that he will get it sorted the next day. But they didn’t. So basically as couple we had sleep in different cots. Also the air conditioning was the worse. It was very warm in the room even after bringing the air conditioning to low and the sound from the fan was horrible. I couldn’t get a proper sleep. The breakfast, the view and the soundproofed rooms were fantastic. "
