Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station. Thank you for an excellent stay!

One of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in! The view from our room was both spacious and breathtaking, the staff fantastic!! From the shuttle service to the concierge; everybody was so helpful! The breakfast was exceptional and restaurant decor perfection! The outdoor infinity tub, pool and sauna with a view were thoughtfully placed. The BEAUSiTE blew our expectations out of the water. This was our first trip to Zermatt and I picked this hotel based on reviews. We traveled as a family with 2 adults and 2 young adults, age 20 and 15. We were very pleased. We had 2 rooms. Very clean and nice views. Housekeeping was A+. Concierge was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Nice lobby bar with game room where you can have a drink, smoke Cuban cigars and watch a game. Piano player wonderful. Spa and pools/hot tubs perfect. You can not go wrong with this wonderful hotel!

This is the best hotel accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything completely stress free. It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny.
