Lake-view chalet near Tremblant, hot tub

A lakefront chalet in the snowy forest of Val-des-Lacs, close to four ski hills: Mont Blanc, Mont-Habitant, Mont-Garceau and Mont-Tremblant. Come home as the sun sets over the frozen lake, slip into the hot tub under the stars, and end the day by the gas fireplace. Room for up to 12, with high-speed internet.

In winter, the forest turns white outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The pool rests until June, but the hot tub runs all year and the gas fireplace keeps the evenings cozy.

Step inside to a bright, open living space with soaring cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the woods. The warm, elegant great room is made for being together, and there`s an indoor gas fireplace for cool evenings.

You have full, private access to the entire chalet and grounds, including the pool and the hot tub. Nothing is shared.

Good to know
• The chalet sits by a small lake that`s lovely to look at, but it isn`t suitable for swimming or boating: the heated pool is the place to swim.
• There`s no cell signal at the chalet, but the wifi is strong: turn on wifi calling and your phone works normally. Being this far out, the wifi can occasionally be affected by bad weather.
• The water comes from the lake and goes through our treatment system, and it`s tested twice a year. It`s perfectly safe to drink. Because it comes from nature, it can sometimes have a slight yellow tint; that`s normal and doesn`t mean it isn`t clean.
• Coffee: a regular filter coffee maker.
• Pets are welcome.
• Life in nature: depending on the season you may meet a few Asian ladybugs, have a short power cut during a storm, or find a balcony only partly cleared of snow in winter. It`s part of the charm, and someone local is always a call away.
• This is a quiet place: no parties, no music outside. There are security cameras outside only, and a NoiseAware sensor that measures sound levels without recording anything.

• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No shouting outside.
• No fireworks or firecrackers on the property.
• No smoking or vaping inside.
• The chalet has a NoiseAware noise sensor (no recording) and security cameras outside only. Tampering with the sensor or repeated noise complaints: CAD 200 fee.
• Only toilet paper in the toilets.
• Hot items never directly on wood, counters or tables.
• No confetti, and please leave the furniture where it is.
• Bath towels stay inside; please bring beach towels for the pool.
• Hot tub: cover on and temperature back to 98°F after use; no food or glass around it.
• Propane valve closed after each use of the BBQ.
• Extra fees may apply for damaged towels or bedding, a hot tub that needs draining, or a chalet that needs much more cleaning than usual.
• Pets welcome: off the beds and couches, supervised outside, picked up after.
• No glass or food in the pool area; please don`t touch the pool equipment.
