Rooms were beyond disgusting, good and cigarette smell along with ashes covered the floor. Staff was rude, wanted to cancel and leave when electricity went out and they refused. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!!

Room was a last minute booking. Front desk was very friendly. Room was clean. No hair dryer, no iron, no microwave or coffee maker. I will say shower was great…I live strong water pressure. Towels could be thicker.

Room was spotless bedding was nice and clean fresh towels waiting for me as well as fresh packaged toiletries I would also like to say how impressed I was with the customer service from the front desk as I bought a new phone yesterday and as it was Christmas Eve I did not have a phone block for my charger cord the woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to charge my cell phone so I had it for today
