The room was clean, bed is comfortable. The staff was nice both at check in and at the fitness center. The hot tub was crowded in the tower but then i went to the family pool and it was empty. That was nice.

The room was really nice and clean, we were up all night to people all around us being noisy, yelling and screaming, people using air horns etc. we checked out on the phone and 30 seconds after checking out when we were finishing picking up our stuff a staff member knocked on the door. I explained we checked out and we’re going to be out in 30 seconds and he proceeded to argue with me because I checked out before exiting the room. Overall an awful experience and most likely wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Resort was great, noise around the room was very loud and obnoxious and the cleaner who cleaned our room was very rude

We attempted to check in at 3:15 PM and were told although check in is at 3:00 PM, nothing is guaranteed and our room wasn’t ready. They offered us to leave our stuff with them and enjoy the property. When we finally got in our room, I was trying to shower and was met with a knock saying our room was listed as vacant and dirty. Hopefully our room was actually cleaned! We did not have a fan in the bathroom and listened to pounding all morning.
