Paid for two queen beds to be told they only have doubles ,bathroom was gross had smeared poop where the toilet paper is and shower was full of mold, also had dead bugs near the head of the bed between the carpet and wall base. If i could have gotten a refund i would have left.Room overall was gross and dirty and not well up kept. I went down to see if i could move to a different room stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes with noone insight so i returned to the room i was checked into. At check out same thing noone was around to complain to i left my key cards on the desk. I usually dont have this type of experience at a hotel and at first it seemed great i was greeted by a guy named peter i believe and he was great he checked me in and gave me a quick run down but unfortunately his shift was done at 3pm and i was checking in at 3pm so i wasnt able to go back down to discuss my concerns with him and im sure he would have taken care of it for me but whoever was in after him were MIA.
