The carpets in the room were not clean. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, staff were nice. Other than that I can’t complain, but can’t recommend it either for someone who wants to spend a vacation in the place. Thank you.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything else met our expectations. The only issue was the bathtub drain. The water wouldn’t drain properly while showering, so we had to stand in dirty water the entire time. It was unpleasant and something that should definitely be fixed. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Pros: Staff was great! Beds were comfortables, excellent amenities. Cons: The entire carpet of the hotel needs to be changed. Stained and dirty! Also the bathrooms were not cleaned properly and hair were visible in every location. Also parking is a hassle. The city owned parking garage was closed although it was mostly empty and u have to find street parking. This should be mentioned in the description.

The room was large, very clean and comfortable. It was in walking distance from the Stanley Theatre where we attended a performance…an added bonus…the star of the show (Richard Thomas) stayed there too and we got to meet him the next morning!
