This place comes alive after midnight. People smoking, drinking, screaming, revving cars, chatting like it’s midday. The walls are thin so you get to hear both sides chat. The windows front (cars) back (rubbish) can’t be left in curtained because of privacy issues. It’s cheap, basic, filled with people who have found a sense of community here, but not for visitors who like to sleep at night.

Internet and WiFi wasn't good at all. Very clean but small bathroom. The lady at reception was lovely. Had I think a cleaning person come in my room while I wasn't there 🤔 overall in good location and budget friendly

Kicked out for playing music from trespass Police

I played some music & had my door open. Because the wind would blow it open & nearly smash the front window. So I had to have full open or full shut. The police were called & had me removed. This is disgusting I have been coming for 5 years. I never got to even sit in the bed. I was kicked out on the street. The police were trespassing & had no right to remove me. If anything worst case just give a fine, but it was only the tv, playing music. They owe me a free night & the police shouldn't be trespassing.

As a couple we found the room adequate for our needs with a good price. Having the bar and it's dining facilities close by was a bonus and staff made us feel most welcome which made for a pleasant stay.

Location for 2 nights was good.Easu drive to Ulverstone & Penguin. Woolworths across the road. Is hotel/motel. Rooms basic, shower good. Arrived late from ferry. Had toasties which were welcome. Had evening meal in hotel on 2nd night & was good. Large serves.
