Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire unit as well as free high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the living and master bedroom, garage and driveway parking, and free to use washer and dryer. Outside, guests have access to the backyard patio with furniture to lounge on.

Once you book with us we will send you instructions to access the unit. Our property uses a keypad with timed electronics locks for the front door. You will be sent the directions and codes for access before your arrival.

IMPORTANT: Early check-in requests and late check-out requests are NOT Guaranteed. Approval based on availability.

NOTE: Do not ship packages to the listing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may be delivered to the home during your stay. We highly recommend that you use your personal address or a secure delivery locker for any packages or mail you may need to receive during your trip.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.

NO PETS: Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.

NUMBER OF GUESTS: No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking is allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.

Upon arrival: If you happen to notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem , or any potentially hazardous condition , at the Property , or if any incident occurs at the Property that is related to such a problem or condition , please inform us within24 hours of check-in . Please note that after the initial 24-hour reporting period , we will not be responsible or maintenance-related damages and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued .We Will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practicable . We may enter the Property at your invitation to remedy any problem you report , at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect , maintain , or repair the Property , and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property.

DISCLAIMER: This is a shared home, not a hotel . We are not responsible for theft or loss of personal items . That includes left behind , or burglary. Please do not leave your valuables unattended . We are not responsible for any loss or theft .

QUIET HOUR : 10PM to 8AM , AND NO VISITORS, NO MUSICS DURING QUIET HOURS. Do not do anything that will disturb our neighbors or they might call the police and you will receive a citation from the police . ( This happened before . True story )
