The pool was out of commission. Our door key never worked, had to get it re programmed every time. Tv had very limited channels. No usb charging. Refrigerator froze everything. Hotel definitely needs to modernize.

The staff was friendly, setting a relaxed atmosphere. No dress code at the desk. The room is outdated, the rug needed vacuuming and the lamp was full of dust. The bed linens were clean. Breakfast was average at best. Didn’t understand the pancake machine and there were no eggs or hot buns available and it took 20 minutes for more preparations to arrive. Room key stopped working and had to be reset each day, and the staff never asked my name just room #, I could have been anyone getting access to another room. It was an okay stay for a three star lodging.

Ac shook the furnishings in the room, key cards required undated at least once a day to get in, no shower curtain for 2 days, no service at all and had to ask for towels. Lot of people hanging around in the parking lot at night partying and in and out of vehicles. Left a day early and never given any paperwork or email upon checkout....a day early.

The staff was rude and there was no communication. We dealt with Katlyn and she was phenomenal. The manager was also rude. She called me the day of our stay and informed me that the room we had booked for 1.5 months was no longer available to us due to the volleyball team coming to stay. We had the room booked for my sisters wedding. So after that we couldn’t fit the amount of people in our room that was originally to stay. We booked the conference room in person and when I asked about it they told me they had nothing written down. We also were told by multiple staff that we could use the breakfast buffet. The morning we were to use the conference room. The staff was super rude in the morning and refused to let us eat the breakfast. There was mold coming out of the vents and on the curtains. I will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Holiday Inn was typical for this type of accommodations and was fine--I would stay again. My complaint is the key cards stopped working after several hours. I checked in on day one at end of the day. The next two nights, I went to the room--key did not work. I had to go back down the hall, down the elevator after waiting for it. Then down to desk to wait for help recharging my room keys. The staff was great.
