The rooms we were assigned had one that did not have a working and locking door the the room they moved us too had a malfunction with the refrigerator which caused a loud buzzing noise and we were told they could not do anything about until the next mourning so we did not sleep all night until 11:30 the next day.i had asked to get a refund for the one day out of 7 for the one room and overheard the manager on the phone saying no way. Just an awful awful experience having to chang rooms 2 times

Issue with bugs spoke to agent at desk about issue was told" do you want to cancel your reservation?' Asked for toilet paper because there was none in room was given only one was told they only give one at a time. Later in evening asked for extra blanket Manager gave me a look and asked do you not have one in your room then had her child hand me a blanket. The hotel smelled moldy and of weed I spent 250 for two nights and it wasnt worth half of that price Ihg hotels you can do better

Needs renovation

It smells funky in the elevator. Carpeting is old and musty. Sheets on the bed smell funky. A nice feature is that we can open the room window. Not worth the rate.

The lobby appearance and elevator smell were not good. But the room made up for those issues. The night front desk clerk on the 22nd was helpful and friendly. The morning front desk clerk is a GEM and an asset to the hotel. She was so kind and friendly

We stayed one night at this hotel and checked out the next morning. We would have checked out once we entered the room but it was too late. I had to fight with management and Expedia to get a refund for the 2 nights I did not stay. The one bright spot was the Front Desk Staff (Patience) that was very kind.

It smelled like fish in the hallways, rooms were dirty, trash in the closet, shower gross, beds stained with what looked like residual ejaculation. Poor lighting in the rooms. We refused to stay. Still waiting to make sure they dont charge me as I had made reservations 2 months prior.
