The room was dusty and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles were empty. The room newly renovated and very small. No bags in the garage cans. Is this something new? The comforter on the bed was very thin. I adjusted the heat and used the comforter on the second bed to double up. For $176 per night the Marriott could do better.

Check-in was phenomenal and my suite was warm and cozy! The Manager Adam was kind, accommodating, and attentive to all my request. I’ve stayed at the Long Island Marriot prior, for a conference and returned because of the empathetic leadership of the management team and family oriented staff. My second stay exceeded my expectations and I plan to book the Long Island Marriot for all my future NYC stays moving forward!
