We enjoyed a very comfortable two nights; it was quiet, but the motel was far from full. The room was spacious with plenty of surfaces to spread out, and it had plenty of lighting. There were some cleanliness issues, but only with the insides of the fridge and microwave; the bathroom and sheets were clean. It was an economical hotel, and we are very satisfied that we got our money's worth. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This place, although the pictures look nice is not what it was… it needs to be updated a lot. There are no amenities. Just the bar basics and you can get other places to go for around the same price with a lot more cleanliness and amenities included. We opted for a bed-and-breakfast instead up the street called the Eagles rest it was excellent.

The view of the lake is beautiful. It's right across the road. The manager and staff were very kind and set me up in the kind of room I requested. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot with the coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the air worked great. I would stay there again.
