We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. After checking out and driving away, my husband realized he had accidentally left two phones in the room. Within five minutes, the hotel contacted us to let us know that the housekeeping staff had found them and immediately brought them to the front office. We were incredibly grateful for their promptness, honesty, and professionalism. This level of care and integrity truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Highly recommended.

Very clean, quiet, decent vending machines. It's right off the freeway, easy access. The bed was perfect for me. I like soft. My son did not like his. The only issue was the plug in for the microwave did not work.

This hotel is the best deal in Ukiah hands down. The room was modern and immaculate. The bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. High speed reliable internet and tv and a nice charging station to charge all of your devices. I was greeted with a big smile and excellent service. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

The stay was amazing I stay here every year the only down fall is they remodeled and the shower rode came off the wall and hit me in my eye had a shiner but over all I love it here just wasn’t my lucky day I guess told staff and they didn’t seem to have much compation didn’t let owner know or anything just had matinence come fix it for me but over all I’m okay and it was a good stay
