Lounge/Dining Area -The upper level:
A good sized lounge with a 3 seater sofa plus easy chair, an electric ‘wood burner' style heater is a focal point. There is Sky Freesat TV, Firestick to access Netflix & iPlayer, DVD, CD midi-system, plus a selection of games, DVDs and puzzles. Pine dining table and 4 cottage chairs. Laminate oak wood effect flooring.

Access to this pretty cottage is via steps to the side and along a wooden boardwalk to the rear. The property is set over two floors.


Kitchen:
A smart shaker-style kitchen equipped with everything you would expect in a well-presented holiday home. Appliances inc; electric hob and integrated fan oven/grill, and extractor hood over, microwave, fridge with 1/3 freezer box, washing machine, slimline dishwasher. Ironing board and Iron. Cushion, oak effect flooring.

Bedrooms:
On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom has a pine frame bed, 2 bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe space, plus its own en-suite WC & wash hand basin. The twin room has matt grey painted bed frames, a bedside table and built-in mirror wardrobes with a chest of drawers, plus an external door leading to the lower walkway so you are able to exit the property this way. All bedrooms are carpeted.

The family bathroom:
With a bath and shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and WC, fully tilled walls and floor, plus a heated towel rail.

Outside:
The cottages have a shared, enclosed garden to the front, with free allocated parking on the main car park for Dolgoch Hotel.
