The Bale Owners Corporation is currently undertaking essential building maintenance and improvement works throughout the complex, including the replacement of hot water pipes throughout the building and upgrades to the hot water system.



During this period, guests may experience general construction noise during daytime hours and temporary interruptions to the hot water supply while the works are being completed.



In addition, roof replacement works have been approved and will commence once scheduled. Scaffolding will be installed around parts of the building during these works and may temporarily obstruct some unit views.



These works are managed by the Owners Corporation and are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these important improvements are being completed.

Excellent location. Unit could do with some maintenance. Building surrounds were well maintained. Bottom floor noisey with neighbours upstairs
