Very disappointed. Organised a late check in, and even a second phone call to confirm same day. Arrived after midnight, no SMS or email as promised for late check in instructions. Attempts to call after hours line unanswered and no messages can be left. No answer at reception or doorbell. Ended up sleeping in my car around the corner. Wotif promised 24/7 check in and that's why I chose the place. Ruined my travel plans 😢

The staff were extremely kind and the room was tidy, well organised and had everything you would need during a stay. The free wifi and tv in the room ran really fast and the bed was also really comfortable :)

Room was clean and a great nights sleep air conditioning in the room ,the lady and man at reception very nice and friendly very helpful and polite showing us to our room and making sure I had milk for my cuppa would definitely stay again

My Air Con didn't work, and I heard that others complained as well about theirs not working. Outside my room were 2 tables with people smoking, and it all could smell, so I had to shut it all up, and with no air conditioning, it was awful. I would never go back there.
