This is a fine hotel for a quick and cheap one night stay, but It has gone down hill since our last stay in 2018. Towels and sheets are dingy, shower head sprays everywhere, window is broken, etc. Not great, but not terrible either!

Muy mal hotel.

La persona en el counter para hacer el check in ni buenas noches dice, igual con la persona al hacer check out. El guardia de seguridad te quita las maletas de las manos aún diciéndole que no, toda para que le des propina. Las luces de los pasillos apagadas plástica mente caminas a oscuras. El cuarto está muy bien pero la cama muy pequeña y solo te ponen dos almohadas que son muy incómodas. Tienen un restaurante en la parte abajo pero solo venden bebidas alcoholicas nada de comida, al menos cuando yo llegue a las 8pm. No se si durante el día venden comidas. Jamás vuelvo a este lugar.

There is not good service, not explain all the details about the scanning the card for the room, every day I need to active the card that they never mentioned. The water is hallway but there not cups to serve the water. There wasn’t towels in the room. I have to get it at the front desk.

Very noisy and didn’t like the fact that a lot of rooms were blocked for precautionary reasons. I don’t know if that hotel is being used for Covid patients but it was kind of fishy.

You'll wake up with water all around

Air conditioner in Room 115 was terrible, leaking the whole time, creating a pool on the floor. Water pressure and temperature regulation was bad. Poor lighting, turning on and off by itself even with the key on place.

It was beautiful! The pool was incredible and the center of the building was breathtaking. One odd thing was the window pointing out into the hall where lights were kept on until 1am and then on again few hours after. Other than that, then property was clean, beautiful modern, well taken care of, and spacious!

Good in general.

Nice hotel, average property and good for a 3 star hotel. The pool is awesome, rooms comfortabel but nothing spectacular. The biggest caveat is that they don't have hairdryers, that's unnaceptable in any hotel.

Average dowtown style hotel, nothing extraordinary. The staff was very pleasant. The wi-fi was bad and the bed's protector under the sheets was too plasticky-noisy, it felt like they left the wrap from when they bought it, it wasn't bad just weird.

A truly reat hotel at a reasonable price in Tuxtla

I had discovered the Andiroba Palace hotel by accident on a previous trip to Tuxtla. I liked its location and its ample, clean rooms, not to mention the very nice swimming pool that is then centerpiece of the place. So on this second trip to Tuxtla there was no doubt in my mind that I would be staying there again. It blows out of the water all other hotels in Tuxtla in its price category. The staff is courteous, the parking lot is great and they have a good restaurant to boot.
