Me quería cobrar mas, por menos

Al llegar, me dice la dueña del hotel que todo está ocupado, que no tiene presente mi reserva porque no puede ver en su sistema hoteles.com. Por lo tanto me lleva a otro hotel que dice ser de su hija, al llamarla le pregunta cuánto cuesta la noche y le dice una cifra inferior a la que yo reserve, sin embargo, me quería cobrar la misma cantidad, con tan mala suerte que tenía el teléfono en altavoz y pude escuchar que el otro hotel costaba menos. La opción del otro hotel no me molesta (a pesar que era mas feo), porque finalmente lo importante para mi es donde pasar la noche, lo que me molesta es que sea deshonesta y me quiera cobrar más dinero.
