The Space:

Immerse yourself in the beauty and charm of Tulum with this magnificent two-bedroom apartment, where luxury and comfort meet incredible interior design and décor. Situated in a quiet, safe area, this urban oasis offers a unique experience for those looking to relax and enjoy everything Tulum has to offer.

The second-level bedroom features only a sofa bed designed to accommodate two guests. It has a full bathroom accessible via the outdoor terrace; please keep in mind that weather conditions may be a factor.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.



Guest Access:

The hot tub and the terrace are for your private use. The pool and gym are located on the top floor and are shared areas with other tenants.



The Neighborhood:

We love Tulum, nature, and the jungle. Although you won't see us in person, we will be looking out for you and your companions to ensure your experience is spectacular.



Other Things to Note:

Once a reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced, nor can dates be changed.



Please note that access to the bathroom in the second-floor bedroom requires crossing a completely open terrace.



*Parking of vehicles, whether on the property or on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no liability for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.



We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer/dryer or are located near a laundromat. You will need to purchase your own laundry supplies.



Interaction with Guests:

Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
