Welcome to Tierra Serena: a bright 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse in La Veleta, Tulum, with an airy living area, natural light and a private rooftop terrace with an unheated plunge pool. Enjoy a calm base for a family or small-group stay, with a maximum of six guests including children.

Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 has one king bed on the first internal level; Bedroom 2 has two twin beds; Bedroom 3 has one double bed. A sofa bed is in the living room.

The rooftop terrace and plunge pool are private. The first-floor garden and communal pool are shared with the building. Free parking is available in front of the building.

Water, coffee, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper are included. Optional Tulum airport pickup/drop-off can be arranged separately, along with local recommendations.

The entrance is on the third floor, and the penthouse spans two internal levels. Self check-in is by lockbox key collection; a separate access code opens the building, not the PH. Exact arrival instructions are shared privately before check-in. Check-in is from 3pm; checkout is by 11am.

Children are welcome. Maximum occupancy is six people in total, including children. Pets are considered case by case and require approval before booking. Events and smoking are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am.
