The resort is perfect for a romantic, quiet getaway, which is exactly what I was looking for. Our penthouse suite was simply stunning..three floors of lux living & very private. The scenery was beautiful the staff was always helpful. It’s located more inside the jungle area. The rooms were wonderful I was a little confused about the shower cause the water got all over the floor. The restaurant closes too early. The food is very good and tasteful. Room service came and cleaned everyday. Mosquitos weren’t that bad around the hotel but once you step out they tearing you up. Overall I would definitely visit them again

This place was absolutely beautiful. It’s romantic, secluded, clean, tranquil, peaceful, and just flat out perfect for what I was looking for. The last bit of the trip to get there, the road was a bit torn up from construction but once you walk inside your just in awe. Staff was amazing and friendly, property is so well taken care of I felt like I was little oasis.

Rubi Tulum was unlike any other luxury hotel I have stayed at. It combines romantic luxury with the adventurous jungle, and it works so well. The restaurant Balaxe was absolutely incredible as well. Overall the single best experience I have had at a Hotel.
