Great penthouse that will be sure to amaze with tons of space:
10ft ceilings - 7 year old building, so everything is very new, clean, and stylish.
Large patio doors - great natural light
2 Private HeatedJacuzzis, private rooftop plunge pool and private rooftop deck, as well as additional private balconies off living areas.
Additional community pool and jacuzzi/swim up bar/restaurant (vegan options)
All the home amenities you would want, because i actually live there during certain times of the year.

Right of Kukulkan road to the beach – be at the beach in 5 min on the ATV.
We rent the ATV – all insurance, fees, everything, for $55 a day or $105 for 3 full days.
By pedal bike, get there in 12 minutes down a newly paved road to the beach.
Rental bike/scooter available in town, close by the apartment.
