it's actually is a condominium unit or timeshare. The registration process was a little complicated but the property itself is beautiful. The roof top pool was a nice treat. There's construction going on next-door but it's not very intrusive. Be wary of the route that Google Maps gives you to get to the Hotel. One goes through some questionable neighborhoods with dirt streets, the other is very direct.

Hotel is still being built as well as area so still has few years until completion. Room was nice but awful sulfur sewage smell coming from bathroom which made it unbearable to be in the room. Much better options in the area at same exact price if not better.

Quiero compartir mi experiencia para que futuros huéspedes tomen precauciones. Durante nuestra estancia todo transcurrió con normalidad, sin embargo, después del check-out nos están intentando responsabilizar por daños en unas sillas, sin contar con evidencia clara que demuestre que dichos daños ocurrieron durante nuestra estancia. Es importante mencionar que no se nos mostró evidencia con fecha y hora previa a nuestra entrada que confirme que las instalaciones se encontraban en perfecto estado. Esto deja abierta la posibilidad de que esos detalles ya existieran o hayan sido ocasionados por huéspedes anteriores. Recomendación para quienes se hospeden aquí: tomen fotos y videos de todo al momento de ingresar (muebles, blancos, áreas comunes, etc.), ya que esto puede evitar situaciones incómodas o cargos injustificados posteriormente. Esperamos que la administración maneje este tipo de situaciones con mayor claridad y transparencia para evitar afectar la experiencia de futuros clientes.

El edificio y el departamento están bastante bien, si bien el ascensor no funcionaba el resto estaba en buenas condiciones. El principal problema es que la calle está rota por y hay construcciones alrededor de la propiedad, el camino es de tierra y piedras y hay basura.
