Guests will have fully private access to this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with balcony. Parking is also available. Guests have access to all the common areas such as the gym and stunnig rooftop pool. Guests get free access to the beach club directly across the street from the condo (5 minutes walking)! Free with your stay!!

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to Habitas and Papaya Playa, this is the closest residential unit to Tulum Beach, and ONLY residential unit that is not a hotel directly off Boca Paila (Tulum Beach / Hotel Zone road). Taxis galore to take you to the more popular clubs like Vagalume and Taboo (same road), Jaguar Park in sight, ocean views from rooftop, and 4 min walk to Habitas
