Disliked: Cleanliness
This home was horrible. The pictures and the actual product was not accurate. I rented this home for 7 days for my daughter’s 21st Bday. As soon as we arrived and I took a tour of the home I immediately started searching for hotel/resort. We didn’t spend one night in this home. The pictures make this home look like a resort. When I arrived the home was situated on a road across from a local store. There were several people just sitting outside the store watching us unload our bags. I had 15girls. There was no security and the only thing separating us from the public was 9 ft high wooden fence! The condition of the home was horrible. The pool hadn’t been cleaned in months. The pavers around the pool were cracked and broken. There were no towels, cleaning of the home was a separate cost, and the security was a big problem. I reached out to the representative Danielle and she NEVER responded to me. I pad nearly 7,000.00 USD and didnt spend one single night in this home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone! It was horrible and not representative of the pictures.
