Set in a lush jungle environment, the penthouse is accessed via a short dirt road (approximately 1.5 blocks from the paved road). This is part of what keeps the surroundings green, quiet, and less developed.
By being slightly set back from the main road, the property offers greater privacy, a calmer setting, and exclusive rooftop amenities than many similarly priced stays closer to town or the beach.
For ease of getting around, we recommend bicycles, ATVs, mopeds, or a 4x4 — all common and popular ways to explore Tulum.

Guest access
Access is via the main lobby and elevator. Once your booking and ID verification are complete, we’ll share a short, easy video showing exactly how to find the penthouse and access the door.
Self check-in is simple and contactless using a secure keypad code, which will be sent to you before arrival.

We’re bubbling with excitement! A new rooftop photoshoot is on the way, now featuring solar power—making your Penthouse fully green. Enjoy phenomenal shade and comfort in your private spa and BBQ area on the rooftop.
For safety, there are two exterior security cameras: one at the main entrance and another above the rooftop door.
Please note that we are a strictly non-smoking property, including vaping. This policy applies to the condo, as well as the rooftop and sunroom/conservatory.
Please note that we are happy to welcome service dogs at our property.
Gym hours: 8 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Sunday. To access the gym, please request the key at reception and return it after use, along with the air conditioning control. Yoga mats are also available upon request.
