This property is not ready for occupancy as it is still under construction. The property is on the jungle side of the main road in Tulum & WAY back in the jungle. It is a 5 minute walk down a dirt road from the "hotel" to the main road. It is barely lit at night which made for scary walks at night, especially alone. We also had to carry/roll our suitcases down this dirt road upon checking out. The property and rooms also DO NOT have wifi as stated. The shower had no privacy as the windows were clearly visible to the outdoors - I had to shower in my bathing suit every day. No hairdryer in room as well, very dim lighting at night. Overall a very disappointing experience and will be requesting a refund as this property did not offer what was expected.
