I almost never leave reviews positive or negative, but this place is incredible. Perfect location, right in the action. Spa with sauna/cold plunge circuit on-site. The staff was overly attentive and helpful + I'd highly recommend getting the ground floor beachfront rooms. Walk out into the beauty of Tulum.

This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Service, cleanliness, attention to detail, food quality, knowledgeable, going above and beyond in every way to make our stay beyond perfect. The front desk staff, the wait staff, the cleaning staff, the yoga instructor, the tequila tasting director, the spa staff. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Great ,fresh food for all meals. Fantastic location right on Tulum beach, far enough away from beach clubs not to be disturbed at night but close enough to walk to them in the evening. Exceptionally friendly and genuine service from all staff... reception, servers, housekeeping, spa Plenty of choice of hotels in the Tulum hotel zone and this was our first visit to the area. Having now been I would 100% choose this hotel again over all the others... small, charming, cool vibe...just great

A perfect place to relax - massages were excellent and food is equally as good. Ziggys dinner was not that great- fish under cooked and shrimp soggy and when we mentioned it to the waiter he just said “sorry” and never offered to take it off the menu. It was expensive and. loved this place! if you're looking for the perfect CENTRAL location that is literally right in the hot spot for food and energy, but there's no beach club which can be Seriously loud and overwhelming on the beach, the pool and the sleep= then try this place. no beach club, great restaurant and awesome people. good pool too! also the Beach chairs are somehow plentiful enough that. you dont have to worry about getting out there to save one, and they're free!
