The Space:

On the ground floor of the apartment, you will find the spacious ling and dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen and a balcony surrounded by leafy planters, tzalam wood, art, and a locally handmade hammock. In the entrance hall, there is a full bathroom with two sinks and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Every piece of art and furniture was thoughtfully chosen to create a sublime atmosphere. You will have a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV, a coffee table, and more art pieces. The same space has a wooden rounded dining table with four comfortable chairs. The kitchen has everything you need: two coffee machines, a toaster, blender, panini-maker, electric stove, microwave, and another small electric oven; stylish cutlery and tableware, wine and champagne glasses. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a king-size bed and & a sofa bed, closet, and TV. You can enjoy the sunshine from your own terrace and plunge pool that is next to the bedroom. This beautiful condo has a great design with lots of natural light coming in; beige and grey walls give it a modern look. And unique artworks and decor make it a very cozy and welcoming place to stay for a memorable vacation.

Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Every Wednesday afternoon the pool guy cleans the pool. Please be aware he will knock before entering the apartment. If you don't want the pool cleaned during your stay please let us know in advance.

ROOFTOP CLOSED FOR MANITENANCE
On August we will keep the pool-rooftop area closed, this to maintain the pool

REMEMBER TO TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT HOME. YOU HAVE 10KW PER NIGHT INCLUDED, THE COST OF EXTRA KW IS $6 PESOS.
